Dr. Chennabathni is the Principal of the Sathya Sai School of Canada since 2006. Dr. Chennabathni holds a Doctorate in Education from McGill University, a Master of Philosophy from the University of West Indies, and a Master of Education from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. Her research interests include teacher creativity, gender education and the integration of values into the curriculum. She holds a Certificate from the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education in the Standard Diploma Course: Course One. She is currently working with the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education as a member of the Research Committee. This year marks Dr. Revathiís 11th year at the Sathya Sai School.

Ms. Recht holds a Montessori Primary Teacher Diploma, a B.A. with High Distinction in Religious Studies from the University of Toronto, and Professional Certification from the American College of Vedic Astrology. She is a practitioner of meditation and yoga and has edited three books by Dr. Charanji Ghooi. Ms. Recht was part of the school administration team when the school opened in 2000 for three years and returned in 2009. She holds a Certificate from the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education in the Standard Diploma Course: Course One. This year marks Ms. Rechtís 11th year at the Sathya Sai School.

Mrs. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Delhi University, India. She has worked with the Bank of Canada processing Canada Savings Bonds as lead computer operator for 10 years. She has also served as a Trustee for the Sathya Sai Baba Centre of Ottawa Carleton for 15 years. This year marks Mrs. Guptaís 12th year at the Sathya Sai School.

Mr. Ganga Persad has a Bachelorís of Business Management from Bangalore University specializing in Marketing and has received his Masters in Business Administration (International Marketing) from the University of the West Indies. He currently holds certification in Information Technology and Project Management. He has completed Music Production from the Berkelee College of Music and is a trained musician. He was previously the Marketing Manager of Pepsi T&T Co. Ltd. He holds a Certificate from the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education in the Standard Diploma Course: Course One.

She also possesses a Bachelor Degree in Professional Counseling from the American University of Peace Studies, and has a diploma in teaching from Cyril Potter College of Education Guyana. Ms Ramjiawan has over 13 years of experience in teaching from grades 1 to 9 and is in good standing with OCT. She also held the post of Senior Assistant Principal for a high school in Guyana. She holds a Certificate from the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education in the Standard Diploma Course: Course One. Currently, she is pursuing an AQ in Kindergarten.

She holds a Cambridge International Diploma for teachers and trainers, Post Graduate Diploma in teaching children with Specific learning Difficulties (Dyslexia) from the Hornsby International Dyslexia Institute, UK, and a Montessori Teaching Diploma. She has a Certificate in Guidance from IGNOU, India and has also received certificates of training in teaching ESL students in mainstream classrooms, and Differentiating Instructions in Classrooms. She has over 20 years of experience teaching Pre-primary and elementary grades in Oman and India. She holds a Certificate from the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education in the Standard Diploma Course: Course One.

Ms. Ratnavadivel completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto in 2010, majoring in Health Studies and Psychology. She then received her B.Ed from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. After graduating, she completed an Additional Basic Qualification in Intermediate Family Studies, allowing her to teach the Primary, Junior and Intermediate divisions. She has also completed AQs in Special Education Part 1, Reading Part 1, and Kindergarten Part 1. Ms. Ratnarajah holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Arts from the University of Western Ontario with a major in English and a minor in Classical Studies. She has worked as an elementary homeroom teacher and Literacy instructor at a Canadian International School in Hong Kong for four years, teaching grades 2, 4 and 5. She has taken Professional Development Workshops in Peace and Global Education, Differentiated Instruction, Education of Exceptional Students, Literacy Development, Integration of Technology in the classroom. She is musically trained and plays the flute, guitar and piano.

He was a member of the global cohort program at the University of Ottawa, which incorporates social justice components into lesson plans, and worked on a research project to implement environmental education into the Ontario curriculum. He has tutored students in English, ESL, Math, and Public Speaking.

She has taught Grades JK, SK, 2, & 3, and Music for Grade 6, and holds a certificate for SSEHV from the British Institute for Sathya Sai Education. Mrs. Meera Ganga Persad completed twelve years of primary and secondary school education at the Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary School, Prashanti Nilayam, India, and then completed her B.Com. at the Sri Sathya Sai University, Anantapur, India. After returning to her hometown, she completed an Accounting Specialist Certification. She completed her M.Sc. in Education from D'Youville College, Buffalo, USA. She completed her Basic Qualifications in the Primary and Junior Divisions; Intermediate Division, English and is qualified to teach grades K to 10, and has a Kids Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. She also holds a Certificate from the Canadian Institute of Sathya Sai Education in the Standard Diploma Course: Course One. Mrs. Ganga Persad is musically talented and has performed in various fundraising programs across India, Canada and Trinidad.
French Teacher

From the University of Mauritius, Mr. Chuttoorgoon holds both a Bachelorís degree in French, and a Masters in French with Specialization in Language Studies. He also holds a Masters in Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Technology. He has been teaching for the past nine years at the secondary level and at the tertiary level for four years at the University of Mauritius. Since the age of 16, he has been very involved in social work in Mauritius. He has also been in Africa to do community service in Uganda and Kenya, and in India to help children and needy people, and assisted with the opening of libraries in schools. For nine years he was part of the Rotary Club, was president in 2012 and 2013 of the Rotaract, the youth wing of the Rotary Club, for which he won an award for the Best President in Mauritius of all the Rotary Clubs for that year.

Mrs. Jhawar holds an Ontario College Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Centennial College and graduated with Honours in May 2014. She is a Registered Early Childhood Educator. As an ECE student, she did placements at West Hill Public School, Sir Samuel B Steele Public school and Children of Tomorrow Daycare. During these placements she worked with children of various age groups and planned curriculum based on their cues, needs and interest

Mrs. Shrivastava has done her Bachelors in Psychology and Post-graduation in Physical Education and English from India. She has also completed an Advanced Diploma in coaching swimming from India. She has taught in private schools in Muscat, Oman. In Canada, she has pursued a Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Seneca College and has worked in a Montessori school and YMCA with kindergarten and school aged children.
